Participation is by application only. Tickets are not publicly available. To protect the quality of the room, every seat is reviewed and approved individually by the Congress Committee.
Following the successful 2026 edition, VI3NNA Congress returns to Vienna on 13–14 May 2027, bringing together leading decision-makers across policy, finance, infrastructure, and digital innovation. We select participants, balancing seniority, sector, and relevance so that every attendee meets peers worth meeting. Capacity is capped.
- 01ApplySubmit a short application: your role, organisation, and area of focus. It takes about five minutes.
- 02Committee reviewThe Congress Committee assesses each application for professional profile, decision-making authority, and fit with the participant community. You will hear from us by email.
- 03Approval and payment detailsOnly approved participants receive confirmation and payment instructions. Nothing is charged before approval.
Participation fee: early bird €750 per delegate. The fee is shared and payable only after your application has been approved.

- Public institutions, regulators, policymakers and associations in the digital asset space, at European level
- Banks, asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors
- Market infrastructure, custody, and settlement operators
- Digital asset, blockchain and AI companies at founder or executive level

What to expect if approved

- A participant list curated for relevance, not volume
- Confidentiality by default: sessions are held under the Congress Protocol. What is said in the room stays in the room.
