Set atop Vienna’s renowned MuseumsQuartier, the MQ Libelle is more than a venue - it is a symbol of Europe’s cultural legacy and forward-looking spirit. Overlooking the city’s historic skyline, this modern glass pavilion provides a panoramic backdrop that bridges Vienna’s imperial past with its role as a hub for digital innovation and dialogue.
Home to countless exhibitions, performances, and creative gatherings, the MuseumsQuartier stands as one of Europe’s largest and most influential cultural complexes - a place where ideas, art, and technology meet.

Perched at its summit, the MQ Libelle offers an open, light-filled space designed for reflection, exchange, and collaboration - perfectly aligned with the mission of the VI3NNA Congress: to connect policymakers, innovators, and investors shaping Europe’s digital future.
By hosting the Congress at MQ Libelle, we bring the conversation about the next digital era to a setting that embodies balance - between heritage and progress, structure and imagination, regulation and innovation.
